Have you registered to vote?

If you haven’t already, apply to register to vote. This can be done online here, or you can download a paper form to complete here. You must be registered to vote by 11:59pm on Tuesday 11 April in order to vote in the elections on 1st May 2025

Which Maidstone divsions are holding elections this year?

County Council Elections 2025

All of the Kent County Council seats (divisions) are up for election this year:

  • Maidstone Central: your Green candidates are Stuart Jeffery and Rachel Rodwell (there are two seats)
  • Maidstone Rural North: your Green candidate is Stephen Thompson
  • Maidstone Rural West: your Green candidate is Julie Read
  • Maidstone Rural East: your Green candidate is Callum Sweetman
  • Maidstone Rural South: your Green candidate is Derek Eagle
  • Maidstone North East: your Green candidate is Allison Sweetman
  • Maidstone South: your Green candidate is Ben Potts
  • Maidstone South East: Caroline Richer
